Congrats on your launch! But now what? Whether you’re a chapter of undergrads or a group of post-grad professionals — some portion of your membership, programs, scholarships, etc. will probably change each and every year.
Our team can swap out photos, update chapter officer information, check for broken links, tighten up the layout and make sure everything is still in working order which is recommended annually. Note, this service is only for our Templates.

STEP ONE
Grab Your Updates
Review your website and organize your updates into one Google Drive or Dropbox folder.
Common updates included are swapping in those amazing new chapter photos, adding newly elected chapter officer information, inputting new scholarship information, and adding new gallery photos.
STEP TWO
Submit Your Info
Once you book the Annual Update service, we'll send you a link to complete a short form.
We'll need to know some general information about your chapter, as well as the link to your Google Drive or Dropbox folder that contains all of your chapter's requested updates.
STEP THREE
Kick Your Feet Up
Yep, you read that right. We'll take care of the rest!
We'll review your submitted updates and reach out to you for any clarifications that are needed. From there, we'll make your chapter's updates, refine your template, and re-publish your site.
